Strength Training for Endurance Sports

Join Desert Endurance Racing for strength training designed especially for endurance athletes!

 

Strength training will be in the form of a NSCA-CPT guided Circuit, EMOM, AMRAP or TABATA style workout comprising of exercises that are meant to enhance your swim/bike/run! Whether you are training on trail or road, these strength exercises will help you boost your performance and become stronger and faster!

 

Bring some water, a towel and a yoga mat if you have one (I’ll have a few available to borrow.
