One-on-One clinics are 90-minute sessions of focused training in one aspect of your sport. Below are some common areas of focus, but sessions are not limited to this list - you get to decide what you would like training on! Let me know what you want to work on, and I'll build a quality training session for you.

    Trail running

    Basic instruction, tips & tricks, workout guidance, or whatever you need to work on.

  • Bike Handling

    Group riding basics, navigating turns, fueling while riding, aid station skills, hill climbing, or anything you would like to work on.

  • Transition

    Demonstration, then you’ll be able to walk through it in a controlled and stress-free environment.

  • Open Water Swim and Wetsuit Familiarization

    Basic open water swim instruction including sighting and techniques, wetsuit familiarization and basic comfort building, or whatever you would like to work on.

  • Race Day & Training Fueling Strategy

    Basic endurance sports nutrition advice and individualized strategy based on your specific race and needs.

  • Night Trail Running

    Tips & tricks, basic instruction and becoming comfortable with running on the trail in the dark.

  • Strength Training for Endurance Athletes

    An overview of the types of exercises you should be doing for your specific sport. You will get a list of exercises along with a demo of each one. Personal training sessions are separate and can be found on the Personal Training page.
